In the simplest terms, our HR Department is responsible for managing the entire employee life cycle; from their initial recruitment all the way to their last day with the company and everything in between. This is where you come in.

Reporting into the HR Manager you will be responsible for supporting operational HR activity and fully embedded into the Production, Operations, Engineering and Procurement teams to provide support from an HR perspective - acting as the first point of contact for all HR related matters.

You will be exceptionally process-driven, resilient and a strong communicator as well as a highly experienced generalist in all aspects of HR matters, skills which will serve you well as you work on complex Employee Relations cases, lead process change and become a true Subject Matter Expert on our core HR and payroll systems.

It’s a hands-on role offering real ownership on specific areas providing an opportunity for exposure into more senior/strategic HR activity through involvement in key projects and ongoing support from the Senior HRBP.
