Here at LEVC, our Finance department is at the heart of what we do. From preparing balance sheets, financial statements, group reporting, tax compliance, cash-flow reports, cost centre reviews, expenditure approvals and P&L analysis; their critical work ensures the company make the astute decisions required to allow us to pursue our ambitious growth plans.

This role will accurately maintain sales records and assist with finance administration within the LEVC retail sites.

As the Sales Administrator you will:

  • To accurately complete all administrative matters in relation to new and used vehicle sales.
  • To effectively communicate with manufacturer contacts to deal with any administrative matters.
  • To ensure accurate records for parts, service and sales are kept and updated in a timely manner.
  • Support management of debtors to maximise cash receipts
  • Ensure no sale or revenue from sales is delayed due to inaccurate, delayed or incomplete documentation
  • To provide a service to sales department that supports volume objectives to be achieved.
  • To organise work within function to achieve highest level of customer service.

Experience of working within a similar role for a medium or large sized automotive manufacturing business would be highly desirable.
