Procurement is all about buying the goods and services that enable an organisation to operate in a profitable and ethical manner. This covers everything from sourcing goods, materials and services to managing contracts and relationships with global suppliers. Procurement departments can be responsible for up to 70% of companies' revenue, so small reductions in costs can have a huge impact on profits.
LEVC are powering into 2020, growing our product range, export markets and employment opportunities.
We’ve also expanded our product line-up beyond the iconic “black cab” TX range. In Q4 this year, we will be launching the VN5; an all new electric van, taking the successful TX combination of eCity technology, unrivalled turning circle capability and renowned durability into the commercial vehicle sector.
Building on a record year in 2019 with more than 2,500 units sold, LEVC is forecasting a 50% increase in demand in 2020. There’s never been a more exciting time to join.
As we continue on our growth journey we are always on the lookout for experienced buyers who can take accountability for sourcing performance in relation to a category / sub-category whilst offering expertise in product and market conditions.
If you’re a commercially savvy, seasoned negotiator who has designed and managed sourcing projects from start to finish; we’d love to hear from you.
Based at our purpose built, state of the art offices at Ansty in Coventry, we can offer a salary of between £35,000 - £45,000 (dependant on experience).
We also reward our people with 25 days’ annual leave plus UK statutory bank holidays, a healthcare cash-plan scheme, a salary sacrifice pension scheme and a cycle to work scheme.
